FRAN NIG. LTD was incorporated by Corporate Affairs Commission on 23rd April, 1996. to contribute and effectively compete in the ever-demanding building construction environment. The company was established to provide high quality construction and allied services in the fast developing country Nigeria with a population of approximately 200 million. With a bourgeoning population and a huge economy there is a growing demand for standard infrastructure and our company is well set up to meet these needs.

FRAN aspired at the beginning to become a major consortium in the construction industry employing and deploying all the relevant professionals who will help it achieve its objectives. It achieved this within just a few years of its establishment.
